I have no idea who these people are or where this is. Comments say there was an MTV "Make My Video" contest for this song and this was a likely entry, they obviously didn't win.
However, I should say that this ended up on a 1985 video dealer trailer tape from New World Home Video, and it wasn't til I checked it out that I discovered that it had been recorded over with this! I would've much rather had the trailer tape; whoever shot this must have worked for a video store. This has a Hi-Fi track on it also, which was rare on VHS camcorders. Anyways, because they ruined that tape they now get to have this on the internet for all to see- I think that's fair enough.
